Not at the moment, but please send us your suggestions and we’ll take them under consideration. We have a looong list of places we’d love to make patches for, and pay close attention to your comments before we decide what to make next.
Why did you make (patch I’m not interested in) instead of (patch I really want)?
One of the goals of Libre y Soberano is to showcase places from every Mexican state. Each state has something spectacular to offer, and although some places might not be as well-known as Tulum or Acapulco, they’re still worth celebrating.
How do I apply your patches?
Our iron-on patches are designed for sturdy cotton or linen fabrics. If you’d like to apply it to a synthetic fabric, you’ll need to sew it on. Patches should only to be applied to fabrics that can withstand a hot iron of 325° F. Delicate or specialty fabrics are not suitable for iron-on patches.
- Preheat the iron to 325° F.
- Place the patch in its desired location and cover it with a light cloth.
- Apply firm, even pressure with the iron for 15 seconds, then allow to cool.
- If it’s possible, repeat the process to the underside of the garment. Allow the patch to cool and carefully check the adhesion.
- After it’s been adhered, it’s a good idea to sew your patch to reduce the chance that it’ll fall off.
PLEASE NOTE: Libre y Soberano is not responsible for any damage caused to your garments or patches during application. Don’t want to mess up that fancy jacket or one-of-a-kind bag? Visit your local tailor and spend a few bucks. You’ll be glad you did.
When will my order ship?
Unless it’s a huge order (yes, please!), orders are typically fulfilled and sent out within 1-2 business days.
Can you deliver by a specific date?
The tracking you provided hasn’t been updated in a few days. What’s going on?
Sometimes USPS doesn’t immediately update the tracking data. Rest assured, your package is in transit. Domestic orders in the contiguous US can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you ship international?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
What’s your refund/exchange policy?
We really hope you love your patches! But if for whatever reason you don’t, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, undamaged and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can exchange your purchase for something of equal value or issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
